This is the place to talk all about the original Stargate movie, staring Kurt Russell and James spader. This sci-fi hit became the basis for Stargate SG-1. In my opinion, it's actually a pretty good movie, and deserves a post on the Stargate: Destiny forum.

That was an excelent movie. I have all three DVD versions. The Theatrical, Un-Cut and Directiors Version DVDs. Their all awsome.

I love the movie saw it years and years ago, was such a great movie wish they'd done the trilogy like planned.

Same here, I heard it's pretyt good. Follows along similar lines to the series but in a shorter sort of manner, and obviously more tied in with the movie.

Well yes, spelling wise aswell, a few inconsistancys, Jack Junior and the Gate wasnt buried - On Abydos. Its a great read, they're a great read...the four that I've read.  |
