Already in seasons one and two a VERY BIG enemy arc will take place.I cant tell you detailed about all the enemys in the first season.There will be THREE BIG baddies introduced in the first two seasons,two of which will come to a conclusion in season two.The third i can tell a little more about:
They are called "The Zyzzicons",they attack earth in the pilot.
The Zyzzicons are another sort of replicator that developed from nature itself,they have built several artificiall worlds among the stars,like dolls for them to manipulate and destroy at will.
Which connection they have to us humans, you will have to read for yourself when the pilot episodes air.
